Poster Session Instructions
The poster exhibition will be opened at 11:30 on the 5th of June. It will be set up for max 50 organizations / enterprises - they will be accepted in the registration order. The size of the poster exhibition panel is 1000 mm x 1300 mm and they will be located on the Forest Hall where the forum participants gather for coffee breaks and lunches. Registration and fee
Poster registration fee is 150 euro, including the following
 one poster exhibition panel (upright format)
one material holder
VAT
Poster registration form should be submitted by 15th May 2006 to Ms. Sari Pohjankyrö, either by e-mail Sari Pohjankyrö or
by fax +358-3-883 3000.
Attention: Poster Session registration does not include Registration fee for Cleantech Forum Lahti. Registration is made by using the Internet form.
Set-up and disassembly
Set-up will take place on Monday, 5th of June between 09:00 and 11:30, disassembly on Tuesday, 6th of June between 16:00 and 17:00.
Set-up and disassembly are done by poster presenters themselves. The poster will be fixed either with adhesive tape or pins. Assisting personnel will help with the details. For additional information concerning the set-up of the poster, please contact us beforehand.
Attention: Please do not send your poster to us in advance. Bring it with you!
